We do not guarantee any worms, coccicidiosis (parasites), giardiasis, hernias, or ear mites. These are common puppy ailments that can be easily transmitted, though we take great care of our babies. Every precaution has been taken to see that your new puppy is healthy. All shots and wormings are current. We do not refund money. If you are unhappy with your puppy, you may return the puppy and we will try to help you find another home for your baby. We stand behind our puppies and only want to see them have a happy home, if you're not happy - neither are they. To qualify for a replacement of a puppy it must die of PARVO or DISTEMPER within 7 days of purchase. You must have taken your puppy for a veterinarian check within the required time. You must follow his advice and upon the death of the animal provide us with a copy of the report/labs. We also guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects for 1 year. If such a condition is discovered, the puppy and all paperwork must be returned to us. Minor health problems that can be cured by medications or treatment are not covered. ALL VET EXPENSES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. Puppy will be exchanged with one of equal value as soon as one is available, if purchaser notifies seller within the above mentioned time frame.
Puppies are like children, they are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc. Very small puppies may experience low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) due to the stress of change. Watch for listlessness, non eating and general signs of not feeling well. Treat with one cc of honey, karo syrup, or nutri-stat 3-4 times a day. MAKE SURE PUPPY IS EATING AND DRINKING. Remember puppies need their rest and do not need to be handled a lot for the first few days.
All puppies have been vaccinated with Neopar at 4 weeks and then have their 5-way puppy shot at 7 weeks. All puppies have been wormed every 2 weeks with Pyrantel Paomate, beginning at 2 weeks of age, as well as Safeguard at 6 weeks. All puppies are vet checked prior to leaving.
No guarantees can be made as to the size, disposition, conformation, or breeding ability of any puppy.
Checks will be accepted for deposits. Puppies must be paid in full and all checks cleared before puppy can be picked up. There is a RETURN CHECK FEE of $50.00.
